AccelX Technologies Private Limited ("AccelX", "we", "us") builds retail and e-commerce software, including this website. This policy covers two things separately: (1) what happens when you visit this marketing site, and (2) at a summary level, how data is handled inside the AccelX product suite your store would actually run. A store's specific data-processing terms are set out in its services agreement with us, not this page.
The contact form on this site sends whatever you enter — name, phone number or email, store type, store count, and your message — to our inbox via a third-party form-delivery service (FormSubmit). We use it only to respond to your enquiry. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a marketing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers exposes your IP address to Google in the same way any external resource request does — we don't control that exchange beyond choosing to use Google Fonts. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by this site directly.
Depending on which modules a store runs, the software processes: customer name and phone number (for OTP login and order history on AccelX Storefront), order and transaction records, staff attendance and payroll data (AccelX HRMS), and inventory/stock data (AccelX IMS). Payments on AccelX Storefront are processed by Razorpay — we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
This data belongs to the store operating it, not to AccelX. We process it on the store's behalf to run the software, under the terms of that store's services agreement with us.
Contact-form enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to you. Product data (orders, staff records, etc.) is retained per the retention terms agreed with the specific store operator, or as required by applicable law (e.g. GST/tax record-keeping requirements).
To ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion, email contact@accelx.in. If your data was collected by a store running AccelX software (not by this website), we'll route your request to that store, since they control it.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
